Want your talks and slides to inform? To inspire? To impress?

Find out how in this immensely practical Course that's for anyone that presents. It'll transform not just the rarefied "big idea" talks done by CEOs and Keynote Speakers, but also the day-to-day talks that the rest of us do, such as:

- The regular monthly presentation
- The "lunch & learn" to the company on what your unit does
- The project update to the Board
- The sales pitch to potential clients
- The training session for staff

We even look at slides that never get shown on screen but which are simply emailed out - people often call them "decks", so we see how to deck up your decks.

Whatever your type of talk, this Course will transform it.

What you will learn

1.   Slides: when to do them, when not to
2.   Slide ideas: engage, convince, be remembered, and more
3.   Slide design: how the professionals do great-looking slides
4.   Slide themes: turn your list of ideas into a riveting talk
5.   Slide visuals: six reasons why visuals often fail
6.   "Slides as Documents": tips for the decks you email out
7.   Slide handouts: how to do handouts that help, not hinder
8.   Presenting: quick ideas to help relax, engage, and more

You'll also learn the "Moon Method". Just as WiT sharpens your documents, the "Moon method" sharpens your talks. It gets you to really focus on your desired outcomes... and then gives you a methodology to ensure you achieve them.

Result: one delighted presenter and one delighted audience.

Note: this is not a computing Course. Rather, it's about what you should do when preparing for a talk, not how to do it on a computer.

The benefits of attending

When you give a fantastic talk, your boss admires you, your staff are proud of you, and your peers envy you. So sign up now and, in just one day, learn the skills and techniques for fantastic talks.

And the next time you give a talk... it'll feel great.
